Squadron Burgee Heraldry:
Since the Fox Valley Squadron was spawned by the Evanston Squadron, the members felt that their pennant should resemble Evanston’s, and selected the colors white, red and blue. By dropping the bottom leg of the capital "E" they had an "F" for Fox, and adding a "V" in the point of the pennant for Valley, they came up with our pennant.
